Over mij, ik ben 30 jaar en in mijn vrije tijd ben ik graag aan het koken, schilderen, met vrienden afspreken maar ik ben ook graag thuis op de bank een serietje aan het kijken. Ik ben een startend datascientist, maar tijdelijk even niet aan het werk. Ik ben opzoek naar een enigszins schoon huis met gezellige (werkende) huisgenoten om af en toe iets leuks mee te doen. Hi! I am going to be moving to Leiden this summer to begin studying Molecular Biology at Leiden University’s MSc programme. I am excited to start this new adventure and hope to find a room that will allow for a smooth transition for this next chapter. I am a very considerate roommate who is clean, quiet and responsible. I love reading, music, outdoor activities and travel. I have rented several apartments in my time as a college student in the United States and then again while working post college. I am a born and raised New Yorker with dual US and German citizenship and this is my first time living abroad for an extended period of time. Na de zomer begin ik met de studie geneeskunde in Utrecht. Ik woon op dit moment in Drenthe en ben ik dus op zoek naar een kamer. Afgelopen zomer heb ik 2 maand in Frankrijk op een camping in de animatie gewerkt. Nu heb ik een tussenjaar en werk 32 uur in de week. Ik ben een gezellig, sociaal en net persoon. Hello everybody, My name is Anna Sole, I am a twenty-two-year-old girl from Italy, and I will be starting my Research Master at the University of Amsterdam in September. I am currently finishing my Bachelor’s Degree in Groningen. After this, I will spend two days in Amsterdam (June 29-30), and then I will come back to Italy. I will be back in Amsterdam in the last week of August. I have lived with quite a few roommates before and always enjoyed having nice relationships, going out together, or having coffee, but it is also perfectly fine for me if everybody does their own thing. I would say about me that I am a quiet and clean person. I am very passionate about reading, drawing, painting, and playing chess. Het lijkt me superleuk om met huisgenoten een borreltje te doen of een filmavond te houden, maar ik doe natuurlijk ook gewoon graag m'n eigen ding, zoals de nieuwste series kijken, sporten en een beetje gamen. Hi! I'm a PhD student and Teaching Fellow coming to the Netherlands to conduct my research in the field of psychology. When not at the university, I will be either writing my PhD thesis, cooking (so if you are the person who likes talking to flatmates in the kitchen, I'm your girl) or doing one-day excursions around the Netherlands (I love art so I plan to see as many museums as possible). Apart from Poland, I used to live in the UK (London) and Canada (Montreal) - almost always with flatmates. I respect your privacy and always leave the shared space after myself clean. This summer I will be travelling with my 14-year old cat. Due to her age she usually sleeps, especially when I'm not around to entertain her.
